Colour your career Inhouseday

ednesday 8th of November 2017 Deloitte will organize another edition of the Colour your Career. This event offers an opportunity for LGBT+ students to get to know more about Deloitte and its inclusive workforce. Furthermore this edition will also offer you the opportunity to learn more about yourself: during an exciting workshop you will identify your personal strengths and options for improvement.

At Deloitte it is important that you have the adequate skills and deliver high quality. In the organization it is important that employees can be themselves as long as they deliver the high quality that is asked by the organization. To achieve this we have several diversity initiatives namely: the Cultural diversity network, the Woman’s Diversity network and GLOBE (Gay, Lesbian or Bisexual Employees). GLOBE is proud to host this event.

During this event we will provide both a lunch and end with some social drinks. There is also a possibility to ask all your questions to the recruiter that also will be present at this event.

For Whom:

The Colour You Career event is open to all LGBT student that are interested in one of the fields that Deloitte operates in, such as Cyber, Consulting, Strategy and Tax. Allies are also welcome to join this event, so do not hesitate to bring your friends with you!
