During the inhouse days you will get to see one of the Pon facilities including the warehouse/workshop. Two trainees will discuss their current assignment and share their experiences with you. The inhouse day starts around 12:00 till 4:00pm. If you are interested attending an in the inhouse day, please upload your CV now!
What about the traineeship?
As trainee you will complete three projects of six-months within various Pon operating companies, both in your country of residence and abroad. The projects are very diverse in terms of their character and discipline, depending on your preferences and abilities. Your first project will be appointed to you. From there onwards, you will explore the organization and build your own network. You set your own direction and we allow you plenty of space for independence and initiative. After your second project you will work for two months with one of our dealer organizations, either in sales or service. This way, you will get hands-on experience with the ‘roots’ of Pon.

We are always looking for talent for our management traineeship:
- Are you entrepreneurial?
- Are you proactive, independent and ambitious?
- Are you customer and service oriented?
- Do you have international experience through an internship, exchange program or a long journey?
- Do you (nearly) have a masters degree?
- Are you fluent in Dutch and English?
